"Shoot, Enjoy, Join the Conversation" Project

Students from the Department of Physical Education and Sports at Bartın University, under the coordination of Assist. Prof. Sevim Handan YILMAZ, launched a meaningful project as part of their community service applications course. The project, titled "Shoot, Enjoy, Join the Conversation," was held with a focus on dart games. As part of the project, students Okan Canlı, Hamdi Çıkmaz, Muhammed Keklikçi, and Fazil Abbasov presented on the harms of smoking and the benefits of sports at the municipal bus stop, emphasizing the importance of physical activity to sedentary individuals. A fun activity involving dart games was organized for the participants, highlighting the benefits of engaging in sports. This project was seen as an important step in motivating the community and raising awareness about healthy living.
