Our Physical Education and Sports Teaching Program Has Been Accredited!
The Physical Education and Sports Teaching Program under the Faculty of Sport Sciences at Bartın University has been officially accredited for a period of two years following the evaluation conducted by the Sports Sciences Association (SBD) – Sports Sciences Education Programs Evaluation and Accreditation Board (SPORAK).
According to the decision of the SBD Executive Board dated April 29, 2025 (Decision No. 5), our program has been granted accreditation valid from April 29, 2025 to April 29, 2027.
Moreover, based on the interim evaluation to be conducted at the end of the second year, this period may be extended for an additional three years.
We extend our sincere thanks to our Dean Prof. Dr. Ayla Çetin DİNDAR, Vice Dean Assist. Prof. Cemal ÖZMAN, and Head of Department Assist. Prof. Murat ÇELEBİ, as well as to all our academic staff members who contributed devotedly to this significant achievement.
This accreditation is a strong indication of our program’s educational quality, academic competence, and compliance with international standards.
