Martyr Uğur Akyer Kindergarten Garden was Transformed into a Festival Area by Bartın University Students

In the garden of Şehit Uğur Akyer Kindergarten, Bartın University Faculty of Sports Sciences, Department of Physical Education and Sports students, within the scope of Community Service Practices and Sports and Environment courses, made a playhouse, swing, seesaw, mini golf course and various toys using wooden materials with the support of an expert team. They gave it as a gift.
Faculty Member Dr. Murat SARIKABAK, responsible for the relevant courses, said thank you very much for their support in carrying out the activities; Rector Prof. Dr. Orhan UZUN, Dean of the Faculty of Sports Sciences, Prof. Dr. Bilal DEMİRHAN, Head of Department Assoc. Sercan KURAL and Head of Construction Works Technical Department Gökhan ARSLAN. He said that thanks to the support and motivation of our students in all processes, we set out to ensure that there is no school left in our city that we have not reached or a child that we have not made happy, and that the process could be completed with the support of Ömer DELİALİOĞLU, the contribution of our teacher Dr. Tuna TURGUT's course materials and the efforts of all university units and employees. Dr. Murat SARIKABAK said, "In these days when the world is testing humanity, we commemorate our martyrs once again, with increasing sensitivity and awareness due to what happened in Gaza, and we feel honored to serve a school named after one of them. May all our martyrs rest in peace, especially our martyr Uğur AKYER."
