Frisbee Activity Brings Fun and Learning to Bartın University Faculty of Sport Sciences

As part of the Recreational Activities in Physical Education and Sports course, the frisbee activity held at Bartın University Faculty of Sport Sciences offered students both enjoyable and educational moments. The class was conducted under the coordination of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sercan KURAL, where students not only had fun but also learned the fundamental principles of frisbee.

During the activity, students highlighted skills such as strategy development while experiencing an entertaining form of physical activity. The class provided a dynamic environment for participants eager to explore the social and recreational aspects of sports.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sercan KURAL emphasized that recreational activities contribute not only to physical development but also to the enhancement of social skills. Through frisbee, students had the opportunity to enjoy sports while strengthening their social abilities.
