Bartın University Faculty of Sport Sciences has added a new one to the events organized within its vision of applied education. Within the scope of the "Nature Sports" course, a comprehensive Canoeing Event was held to improve students' physical skills and strengthen their bond with nature. In the event organized under the coordination of Assoc. Prof. Sevim Handan YILMAZ, students had the opportunity to put their theoretical knowledge into practice on the water. Gaining field experience in subjects such as basic techniques of canoeing, safety rules, and the importance of teamwork, students spent an educational day in the heart of nature. Our faculty continues to prepare its students for the future, not only with theoretical knowledge but also with applied experiences in the field.
