Bartın University Faculty of Sport Sciences Students Enjoy a Bocce Experience in Recreational Activities Class

Students from Bartın University’s Faculty of Sport Sciences had an enjoyable learning experience playing bocce as part of their Recreational Activities in Physical Education and Sports course. The class was conducted under the coordination of Assoc. Prof. Sercan KURAL and guided by Bocce Course Coordinator and Department Chair, Assist. Prof. Murat ÇELEBİ.

During the activity, students had the opportunity to both learn the basic rules of bocce and put them into practice. The lively atmosphere of the lesson allowed students to explore the recreational aspects of sports.

Assoc. Prof. Sercan KURAL emphasized that such hands-on activities increase students' interest in sports, while Assist. Prof. Murat ÇELEBİ highlighted the importance of enjoyable sports like bocce in recreational contexts. At the end of the session, students expressed their happiness at combining physical activity with fun moments.
